All Finacle Users,
From Yesterday 15.11.2016, Finacle Users are facing difficulties in using of HTV Menu. HTV menu is not accessible anywhere. Ticket No. IN 222473 has been raised with Infosys. Infosys Team is working on the issue with higher priority. As and when HTV Menu will be available we will know you.
Till then it is requested to verify transactions through respective menus of the Scheme ( i.e. CRDP, CTM or HTM ).
Entered Transactions :-
1. In CPA use HTM Menu , Modify function and post the transactions.
2. Verify the transaction ID with HTM Menu by verify function.
3. If any SOL facing difficulties in verifying transactions or getting error, Please follow below shown procedure, It still getting error contact Divsional SPOC / RO SPOC / CPC but ensure all the transactions are verified in time to avoid delay in SOL Closure.
Step 1. USE HTM Menu, choose verify Function, input transaction ID then Press GO Button.
Step 2 :- Choose Function O in the dropdown menu near Restore values shown in above screen and press GO
Step 3 :- In this screen you will know that, which User has posted the transaction and then you have to verify the transaction id from the User other than showing in the screen.
If posted by ABPATEL_SU ( Supervisor) then verify it from ABPATEL ( CPA ).
If posted by ABPATEL ( CPA) then verify it from ABPATEL_SU ( Supervisor).
